Ordering:
How is my order Done?
The ribbon is sold in five-yard increments. (This is 5 yards, so it will be 15 feet.) An order of more than one of the same ribbon will be in one continuous piece when possible. An example is 2 orders = 10 yards, 3 orders = 15 yards. The ribbon is carefully measured and cut to size. It is then wrapped in tissue paper for mailing.
What if I want multiple ribbons?
Each ribbon is sold in five-yard increments. If you want to purchase two or more different ribbons just add the ribbons you want to purchase to the cart. You save shipping costs this way, as each additional ribbon ordered is only $1.00 for shipping costs.
Packaging and Shipping:
How is my order packaged?
The ribbon is carefully measured and cut to size. It is then rolled, never flattened, and wrapped in tissue paper. The order is then placed into a bubble mailer (It may be shipped in a box for large orders.)
How is my order shipped?
We ship thru the United States Postal Service. USPS now ships packages Ground Advantage in lieu of First Class. We charge a flat rate for shipping, in lieu of calculated shipping. With calculated shipping, each item would be charged the same shipping cost. Because we use flat-rate shipping each additional item shipped to the same address in the same order is discounted to only $1.00 each. USPS does still offer Priority and Express at additional costs.
How Do I know my order is shipped?
After packaging your order we print the mailing label thru Etsy and they will send you an email that provides you a tracking number. (Be sure you accept notifications from Etsy!) We ship within two days of receiving orders. We do not ship on holidays or weekends.
Do you accept Returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges since each order is cut to size. If you have a problem with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Do you share my information?
We respect your privacy and do not share your information with anyone.
